We started as three friends booking weekend trips for our colleagues. Eight years later we've designed journeys for 5,000+ travellers across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
Our Story
It started with a single WhatsApp group in 2018. Tolu, Chiamaka, and Yusuf — three friends with a shared frustration about how badly the Nigerian travel market served real travellers — decided to do something about it.
The first trip was a 5-night Cape Town package for nine colleagues. It nearly bankrupted them. But the photos came back, the stories came back, and within a year there was a waitlist.
Today Sunrise Tours operates from a Victoria Island office with a 14-person team, partnerships in 30+ destinations, and a fiercely loyal community of clients who travel with us again and again. We're IATA-bonded, NTDC-licensed, and proud of the trust we've earned.
What hasn't changed: every single itinerary is designed by a human who has been there. Not a chatbot. Not a script. A person who knows where the best coffee in Marrakech is and which Cape Town hotel has the better breakfast.
